Test Administration

Aims and objectives

This one day, BPS-approved course allows delegates to gain the skills required to administer and score psychometric tests. Many organisations find it useful to have a pool of people able to perform these crucial roles as part of a recruitment process. This also helps ensure that test administration is standardised within the organisation.

Content

Delegates are taught about how to best instruct candidates, how to carry out the administration of tests as well as how to score the results.

Qualification achieved

Successful trainees gain the British Psychological Society qualification in Test Administration and, if progressing to Level A, can be exempt from undertaking the Test Administration module.

Format

We offer this one day course as an in-house course and adapt it for specific organisational requirements.  We recommend training between four and six delegates on each course.  The course can be held either at the organisation’s premises or at our premises in Kingston Upon Thames.
