RFL can help with the development and implementation of specific management programmes in a variety of ways:

  • Design of Promotion Tools - Our psychologists are highly experienced at the creation of bespoke, realistic exercises used to assess managers’ capabilities at performing a more senior role. 

  • Personal Development Planning - Our development coaches are experts at working with managers to help them achieve their personal development goals. Individuals are supported to identify their development needs, then plan suitable developmental opportunities to address those developmental needs and build on their strengths. We are experienced in using a wide range of psychometrics and can use these to help identify developmental needs and strengths to build on.

We have many proforma templates which we are happy to share with our clients including example personal development plans and learning logs.

We have undertaken development planning as part organisational-wide management programmes as well as with individual managers.

  • Development Centres - Our experience and independence allows us to precisely match the development process to the needs of the client and participant.

  • Executive Coaching - Newly promoted managers often find the transition to a new role difficult; they may be managing people for the first time, the role may be a new one which needs to be developed and they may be required to engage with a variety of new stakeholders. Our coaches support newly promoted managers to help them gain a clarity in their role and enhance their management and leadership skills.
