Catherine Langley

Catherine is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over twelve years experience in the field of recruitment assessment.  She has been an associate of RFL for over five years, managing a variety of assessment assignments for recruitment, promotion and development programmes within central government departments and local authorities. 

She also assesses on behalf of the Civil Service Fast Stream selection Boards and for several graduate recruitment programmes. She has worked with clients to provide assessment training including Interview Skills courses and assessor panel training.

Catherine is qualified and regularly uses a wide range of psychometric tests and personality questionnaires.

In addition to her assessment expertise, Catherine is also an experienced coach, coaching several executives within the transport sector. She is a member of the Association of Coaching.
