Karen Tidswell has worked with RFL for over six years as an associate psychologist. She is a highly experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and qualified executive coach. Graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree and an MSc in Psychology, she has over 20 years experience in the field of assessment and development.
Karen works with and advises at all levels in private companies and public sector organisations including BT, Michelin, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BBC, NHS Trusts and Local authorities.
She specialises in the design and delivery of assessment and development systems and processes. This includes extensive work in the design and delivery of assessment and development centres.
Karen frequently coaches high potential and existing leaders across a range of central government and private sector organisations. She also delivers development solutions around team building, training and career counselling.
Karen leads our training practice, tutoring on our courses in the Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing. She brings a practical approach, using her extensive experience of assessment to bring the subject to life.
Karen is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a member of the Association of Coaching and the British Psychological Society’s special Group in Coaching.
