Lorraine Eastwood

Lorraine is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience as an assessment and development professional.

She has carried out a range of assessment and development projects on behalf of public and private sector clients. Lorraine is also a highly experienced executive coach having coached many senior leaders and high potential individuals in the government and the corporate sectors. She has also assessed and coached high potential managers at development workshops on behalf of international financial organisations. In addition she has ongoing experience of leadership and management development programmes across both central and local government. 

As well as being an RFL associate for the past five years, Lorraine is an associate for the National School for Government and a member of the Association for Coaching.
