Rachel Frost

Rachel Frost is the Managing Director and Principal Psychologist of RFL.  She founded the company in 1998 and continues to manage our major client assignments.

As a Registered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Psychologist and accredited executive coach, she is committed to helping individuals grow and reach their potential in the workplace.  She has worked in the field of occupational psychology for over 20 years, working at a senior level in a number of consultancy roles, including as a Principal Psychologist for the Cabinet Office.

Rachel now works closely with a range of clients to devise and build cutting edge strategies and processes to meet their development and assessment needs.  Her work focuses on assessment and development to support organisations as a key agent for business delivery and change.

She also heads RFL’s coaching practice.  She personally coaches many individuals across organisations as well as participants on high potential and leadership development programmes.  Her primary focus here is on improving business delivery through the development of such aspects as performance management, team alignment, coping with uncertainty, maximising strengths and managing risks.

Rachel is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and an accredited member of the Association for Coaching. As well as assessing practitioners in Level A and Level B Occupational Testing Qualifications, she is on the BPS Panel which reviews Psychometric Tests and the AC panel which accredits prospective Executive Coaches.
