Rachel Frost

Rachel Frost is the Managing Director and Principal Psychologist of RFL.  She founded the company in 1998 and continues to manage our major client assignments. Her clients include the Department of Health, Cabinet Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, NHS and Primary Care Trusts, National School for Government and the BBC.

She is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and accredited executive coach who is passionate about helping individuals to grow and reach their potential.  She has worked in the field of occupational psychology for over 15 years, working at a senior level in a number of consultancy roles, including as a Principal Psychologist for the Cabinet Office.

Rachel now works closely with a range of public and private sector clients to devise and build cutting edge strategies and processes to meet their development and assessment needs.  Her work focuses on assessment and development to support inspirational leadership as a key agent for business delivery.

She also heads RFL’s coaching practice.  She coaches many individuals across the Civil Service as well as participants on high potential and leadership development programmes.  Her primary focus here is on building the personal dimensions of self-awareness, authentic leadership, personal impact and emotional   intelligence to improve delivery in public service.

Rachel is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and a member of the Association of Coaching and the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology.
