This notice describes the privacy policy of RFL Ltd.  In visiting and using www.rachelfrost.co.uk you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Any personal information provided to or to be gathered by RFL Ltd is controlled by RFL Ltd, Aissela, 46 High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9QY.  RFL Ltd are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and have implemented internal controls and procedures designed to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

The information we learn from clients helps us to continually improve our service to you.  We use the information to, deliver products and services, handle course bookings, communicate with you about bookings, products and services and update our records.

We only use your personally identifiable information to contact you and respond to your requests to provide you with information about RFL’s services. Additionally, from time to time, we may contact you to in order to provide relevant information and materials about our services and products.  For example, if you send us an email message requesting information about RFL, we will use your email address and other information you supply to respond to your request.
