Psychometric Testing and Personality Assessment

RFL are leading providers of personality assessment and Psychometric Testing. Our business psychologists are renowned in their field for their expertise and in-depth understanding of personality testing and the use of psychometrics. We provide three levels of advisory and testing service for HR departments recruiting agencies and hiring managers, using the most reliable and highly regarded psychometric tests on the market.

Bureau Service

RFL administers the testing service on your behalf and forwards the results to you. This is most suitable where the client is qualified in test use but needs an extra testing resource,

Remote Psychologists Interpretation

Our team administers and reviews the test results and provides the client with a summary of candidate strengths and weaknesses against a pre-agreed profile. Suggested follow up questions can also be provided for the client to explore the results further with the individual at interview. This option is most suitable for junior to mid-level posts where the recruiter does not have in-house psychometric expertise.

In-depth Psychologists Assessment

An experienced Occupational Psychologist conducts in-depth personality assessments of candidates on the client’s behalf. Drawing on a battery of psychometric tests we spend approximately two hours exploring test results with each candidate.  A report provides an accurate and extensive profile which highlights clear strengths, development areas and weaknesses for each candidate. This option is most suitable for middle to senior positions where a more in-depth approach is required.
