These BPS verified courses qualify individuals to register with the British Psychological Society as qualified psychometric test users. The qualifications are recognised by most major UK test publishers and aligned with standards of competence defined by the European Federation of Psychologists Association.
The courses draw on RFL’s extensive experience in assessment, selection and personality profiling to pass on our practical knowledge on how to achieve excellent outcomes when using ability or personality tests in organisations.
