Alison is Rachel’s Executive Personal Assistant. Alison has provided support for Rachel on a number of projects over the past twenty years having met Rachel whilst working together at a consultancy on the south coast. Alison’s career path has encompassed both the financial and the arts sectors; she would say that her career history has been diverse with one of her most exciting career choices being her three years at Glyndebourne Opera House.
Alison is qualified to Level B in Psychometric Assessment and when Rachel approached her to offer her the position, she seized the opportunity to get back into Occupational Psychology with open arms. In her first few weeks she has already built-up close working relationships with clients and associates and is really enjoying being back in the field of psychology.
