Rachel Frost
Managing Director and Principal Psychologist
Rachel Frost is the Founder and Managing Director of Rachel Frost Ltd (RFL), established in 1998 to deliver high-quality psychological assessment, executive coaching, and leadership advisory services. She continues to take a personal and active role in client assignments, combining business oversight with hands-on work assessing and coaching senior leaders across sectors.
A Chartered and HCPC-registered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Coaching Psychologist, and Expert Witness, Rachel brings over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, leadership teams, and organisations to achieve their full potential. Her career has spanned consultancy, senior public service roles, including being a principal psychologist in the UK Cabinet Office, and significant international advisory projects.
Rachel works closely with private equity firms, executive search partners, government departments, and global businesses to help inform high-stakes hiring, succession, and development decisions. Her expertise lies in leadership assessment, personality profiling, and designing robust and commercially relevant assessment processes. She also continues personally coaching senior individuals, helping them translate insight into tangible performance outcomes.
Rachel has developed and delivered bespoke assessment solutions internationally, including translating and validating the renowned Big Five Personality Questionnaire (BFPQ) across client groups and continents.
A Fellow of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Coaching, Rachel also serves on the BPS Psychometric Test Review Panel. She holds senior professional memberships with the Association for Business Psychologists, the International Society for Coaching Psychologists, and the Academy of Experts. She is an accredited trainer for BPS psychometric qualifications (Level 1: Assistant Test User and Level 2: Test User in Ability and Personality with the NEO PI-3).
Rachel is known for her pragmatic, discreet, and expert approach. She is frequently called upon to advise clients on complex assessments and leadership challenges at the most senior levels.
